Why doesn't AirEmail use AI?

AirEmail is built on intelligent automation rules that do not require AI. This enables AirEmail's server to have a very light touch and not slow email traffic down. AI tools haven't been validated, so we've taken a very cautious approach to minimise potential risks to patients, staff, and the organisation.

Does AirEmail store the contents of my Emails?

For GDPR compliance, AirEmail only processes the email between the server and the user; it does not store the actual text content of the email. Some organizations may request that AirEmail shares data on whether a patient hyperlink within an email has been used, specifically to establish essential audit trails.

Is AirEmail a UK based company?

Yes, AirEmail is a London-based company with software partners in Birmingham.

When AirEmail is activated, will it work on all my email accounts?

AirEmail will only work on your organisational email account. Whilst some users find a workaround by auto-forwarding all their emails to that processing account, the primary design is for your organisation account.
